This is the web-site for Alan West trading as "Settle The Score".

Based in Guernsey, I am a gigging piano player and will accept bookings for a variety of functions from weddings to private dinner parties etc.

I can also provide a variety of ensembles to suit any occasion.

I am a piano and brass teacher and have successfully submitted my pupils for Associated Board exams up to Grade 8.

My teaching philosophy is based around the individual pupil's interests and enjoyment and not the "one way suits all" approach.

I will undertake small composition or arranging jobs.

I have arranged for voices, wind ensembles and larger groups. My original compositions have mainly been done for voices.
